Linens and Towels INCLUDED! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located 3,000 sq/ft beach home. We have a very large floor plan for privacy and coming together, perfect for multiple families. Enjoy 3 Living rooms and 2 Kitchens. Three of our bedrooms has their own bathrooms and separate quarters from each other for ultimate Privacy. Walking distance to many eateries such as Mexican, Chinese, Italian, American Pub, Wawa, Dunkin and more. Less than a mile from Delaware Bay FREE Dog Friendly Beaches and only 3 miles from Cape May Proper. Right down the street from Cape May Winery and Nauti Spirits This home has 6 total bedrooms (linens and towels included) and 4 full bathrooms as well as a custom built outdoor shower. Our home has a floor plan that gives maximum privacy. There are also 2 kitchens and 3 living areas in the home. Plenty of space for the whole family to hang together and also get some alone and unwind time. This home comfortably sleeps 16. There are 3 separate Living Areas throughout the home and the largest having a 70 inch Smart TV. Both of our kitchens are stocked with utensils, cookware, keurig coffee, microwaves, plates and cups. The master king suite features vaulted ceilings, smart tv, a walk-in closet and a private attached bathroom with a soaking tub as well as standing shower. We also have a queen bedroom with a semi private full bathroom located on the first floor (no stairs required) in the Mother in Law Suite part of the home which has a separate living room with vaulted ceilings and a small kitchen. On the other side of the home we have 1 king bedroom and 2 queen bedrooms all near another full bathroom. And lastly off the living room on the ground level we have another bedroom with a private full bathroom with standing shower and laundry. There is also a main living room when you enter the home off the kitchen. Two of our three living rooms have a smart tv as well as our dining room. Our living room on the ground floor has a 70 inch tv and plenty of space for everyone to gather. Our pool is open seasonally when it’s warmer in April (please inquire on exact dates)until sometime in October. Please inquire if your visit is during these months. Our Master Spa 8 person Hot Tub is open Year Round! Ask about our 4 bedroom home that is next door if your party grows!

We do like to go over some of our rules before putting a request through Must be 26 to rent No more than 14 guests per reservation No additional/ unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any given time No parties or events No smoking Outdoor Quiet hours are strictly 9pm -8am Check in is at 4 pm and check out is 11am. DO NOT USE TAPE ON WALLS for decorations or anything else. All guests who use tape and make paint chips on the wall will have to pay for the total cost for us to fix. We also have two outdoor security cameras that we like to disclose before booking that record visually and audibly located in the front and rear of the home. If the Hot Tub is deemed unusable after your stay, you are responsible for the associated costs of a drain and refill. Please rinse before using and No Sunscreens, Lotions, Oils, Drinks or any other liquid substance in the Hot Tub. In the indoor jacuzzi in primary suite, please only use provided epsom salts and oil free soaps we provide (Aveeno & Tea Tree body wash/soap) Will you have any dogs with you? (2 maximum allowed) (please use bags provided in backyard to cleanup your pups mess) No dogs are allowed in the pool, the liner is very expensive and you will be charged to replace if a dog enters the pool. There will be a $50 charge for any missing remotes in the house. Particularly the remotes left in the kitchen island for the pool and outdoor lights. After booking you must supply a picture of your photo ID. Checkin instructions will be sent over by 11 am the day of check in. By renting our property and accepting our rules, you agree to the following in order to use our swimming pool, deck area HOT TUB and outdoor space: 1. Waive any claim or cause of action against and release from liability the property owners, its officers, employees, and agents for any liability for injuries to my person or property resulting from my use of the facility or participation in the activity listed above; 2. Agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Property owners, its officers, employees, and agents for any claims, causes of action, or liability to any other person arising from my use of the facility or participation in the activity listed above. 3. Understand that we provide a flexible check in date policy as well as a minimum of two nights so there may be pool and lawn maintenance during your stay. Our lush gardens and privacy trees do produce foliage in the pool. Please rest assure we do have pool cleaning and servicing 2x per week and all chemicals are balanced. Do these rules work for you?
