Beautiful 3 story townhome condo located 1/2 block from the mall and 3 walking blocks to the beach. $2900.00 per week. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, end unit with enclosed private outdoor shower just for this unit. Recently, professionally remodeled kitchen with new granite; kitchen island, all new furnishings throughout the unit, new painting of the unit, new vinyl plank flooring (2026) and custom drapes. On site parking for 4 cars (2 fit in the garage and 2 are outside in front of the unit). Park your car and never have to use it the entire vacation since the unit is located right in town. Beautiful views of the meadows, Cape Island Creek, and best views of the sunset all viewed from two furnished decks off the living room and master bedroom. Central air, washer/dryer on the 2nd floor where the bedrooms are located in the hallway within the unit, Wi-fi, private entrance, 6 beach tags included, beach box on Perry Street included (holds 6 chairs and umbrellas, 8 x 8 cabana) so no lugging beach supplies. Maximum 6 guests (inclusive of children). No pets. No parties. No smoking or vaping. No gas or charcoal grilling but can use an electric grill, not supplied.

August, 2026. Back year 3! Still enjoying the cond. The proximity to all our favorite places makes this place a great choice. We enjoyed the beach and so glad we had access to the beach box containing 6 chairs and a cabana. We've been lucky to see a humming bird fly by the balcony in the unit and a hugh black rat snake plus all the unusual birds and wildlife in the backyard. Great property!! Beach box is a real bonus!!! Excellent parking options right in the center of town with 4 parking spots (2 in the garage and 2 in front of the unit). I rate it a 5+ star and the hostess too.

Smith Hello, we just got home, had a great time, your place is awesome, we loved it, It was beautifully decorated, immaculately cleaned prior to our arrival. Being so close to the beach and the mall was a plus and loved the beach box right on the beach with 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas - no luging anything to the beach but a towel and of course a cooler of beer. Beautiful unit and the view of the meadow is breathe taking.

This is our second time at this Condo and we enjoyed it immensely. Close to the beach and to restaurants and shops. Despite Hurricane Erin, we enjoyed our week and made great memories.
