With brand-new appliances, fully stocked kitchen, and open-living spaces, it's designed for relaxation and entertaining. Step outside and walk across the street to enjoy Cape May’s pristine white sand beaches. You'll love hearing the waves all day while staying here! What’s included? Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: King Bed Bonus Sleeping Nook (Solarium): Queen Bed with closet, nightstand, window coverings, and privacy screen (not a fully enclosed bedroom)

Other Things to Note: Minimum night requirement in June, July, August, is 4 nights. Off season is 2 nights. End of May is 3 nights. Nightly rates vary depending on time of year (range from $300-$900+).

Renter must be 25 years old to rent. A rental agreement must be signed with valid ID provided.

Our unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. The Queen Bed is located in the solarium, which is next to the dining area. It has a closet, night stand, window coverings, and a privacy screen. This space is not enclosed like a traditional bedroom.

We are a pet friendly condo/building. You must disclose the breed of your pet and include your pet in your reservation. We allow pets under 50 lbs, 1 pet per stay. $150 pet fee. We kindly ask that you try to keep pets off our bedding/furniture. We do however, provide a pet-care kit, with blankets and towels to help keep our furniture and bedding clean. Please use these items if your pet will be on the furniture/bedding.

Please bring your own beach towels as we do not provide them.

TV: Smart/WIFI TV allows you to login to your personal streaming services. We do not offer traditional cable TV.
