Welcome to Bayside Love - a HomeBody Rentals property!
Our home is a duplex (2 separate floors/units) that sleeps up to 10 guests. Each unit has private entrances, fully-equipped kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, TVs, bedrooms, heating/cooling, and WiFi. It's like getting two houses in one! The rate you see is for the entire house.
Bayside Love is 20 minutes (7 Miles) from Cape May, NJ.
The space First Floor Perfect for grandparents or anyone who can't climb stairs. The First Floor offers 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, eat-in kitchen (we do not have a dishwasher nor garbage disposal), TV, and family room. First bedroom offers a queen bed. Second bedroom offers a full bed. The sofa offers a queen size pull-out.
Second Floor After a quick flight of stairs, the Second Floor offers 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen (we do not have a dishwasher nor garbage disposal), coffee bar, TV, and family room. All 3 bedrooms offer a queen bed. The kitchen has an island perfect for quick meals and additional meal prep space. The living room has a dining table, coffee bar (with traditional drip coffee, French press and Nespresso), sectional sofa, and TV.
The outdoor space includes covered dining for 10, fire pit, rocking chairs, outdoor shower with hot/cold water, hose, and lounge area. You will also have a use of a gas BBQ, access to 4 beach chairs, 2 bikes, cornhole, and 10 beach tags (For Cape May Beaches).
Guest access You are booking the entire home. You have access to both floors, laundry, outdoor area, etc.
Other things to note Although we are directly located across the street from the Delaware Bay beaches, we do not recommend you swim/bath here. You should visit Cape May beaches, where there are lifeguards and bathrooms available. We provide you with beach tags to do so.
You must pay to use Cape May beaches (only during the high season, end of May through beginning of September). Children under 12 are free. We provide you with 10 beach tags. Please be careful not to lose or misplace them. If beach tags are lost, you will be charged $50 per tag.
We provide you with linens and bath towels. We do not have beach towels; please be sure to bring your beach towels with you.
Please always wear shoes when walking in our grass. Our grass is a mix of sand, grass and small patches of cactus. Also please make sure children have shoes on as well.
We allow 1 pet per stay. $150 pet fee. Pets under 50lbs. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside on the property. Must disclose pet breed/weight at time of booking.
Nightly rates range between $435-$750 depending on time of year. Mid May - Mid June is 2-3 night minimum. End of June through Labor Day is 5 night minimum. Labor Day - end of December is 2 night minimum.

All guests must 25 years of age or older. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Bayside Love sleeps up to 10 guests (5 beds, 1 sofa bed). Occupancy is 10 persons max. No exceptions. We're a "no shoes" house. Please be mindful and remove your shoes at the door. If you've taken a walk on the bay or returned from the beach, please use the outdoor shower to remove sand before entering the house. Please remember to put the trash out on Sunday night, for early Monday morning pick up. No smoking or vaping inside or outside the house. No parties OR events. The kitchens do not have a dishwasher nor a garbage disposal, therefore please be mindful of food/waste going down the drain when washing dishes. Please throw food scraps in the trash. Please be respectful of our full-time neighbors and be sure to keep loud noise to a minimum after 11pm. When visiting Cape May beaches, you must have a beach tag. We provide you with 10 beach tags. Please be careful not to lose these tags. If a tag is lost or misplaced, you will be charged $50 per tag. We allow 1 pet per stay. $150 Pet Fee. Pets under 50lbs.
