Linens and Towels INCLUDED. With a fully open concept, you & your family can gather in the living room, kitchen or dining room and all still be together in this recently constructed home. If you need a little quiet time you can exit the kitchen to a peaceful back deck where you can relax and have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail while waiting for the others to get ready. This home is modern, sleek, CLEAN and Very spacious. We are Dog Friendly to well behaved and house broken dogs Only Our home is located in a very quiet neighborhood, approximately 1 mile from the nearest (free) beaches. Perfect to unwind with a long walk with your dog or in the backyard after taking a swim. If you are looking for peace and serenity, this is the neighborhood for you. Please add all guests, including dogs to your reservation as there are charges associated with pets and larger groups.

Hello and thank you for your interest in our Swim Spa Oasis! We do like to go over some of our rules before putting a request through Must be 26 to rent No more than 8 guests per reservation No additional/ unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any given time No parties or events No smoking Brush off grill after use and close umbrellas when not in use. Outdoor Quiet hours are strictly 9pm -8am Check in is at 4 pm and check out is 11am. DO NOT USE TAPE ON WALLS for decorations or anything else. All guests who use tape and make paint chips on the wall will have to pay for the total cost for us to fix. We also have three outdoor security cameras that we like to disclose before booking that record visually and audibly located in the front side and back of the home. Any remotes missing will incur a $50 charge. Will you have any dogs with you? (2 maximum allowed) please use bags provided in backyard to cleanup your pups mess. Checkin instructions will be sent over by 11 am the day of check in. Cover for the Swim Spa rolls end to end. Please do not pull off. It will hold in place at the far end of the spa when rolled. Please keep covered when not in use and lower hot tub heat to 99 degrees. If the Swim Spa is deemed unusable after your stay, you are responsible for the associated costs of a drain and refill. Please rinse before using and No Sunscreens, Lotions, Oils, Drinks or any other liquid substance in the Swim Spa. By renting our property and accepting our rules, you agree to the following in order to use our backyard, Swim Spa and bunk beds: 1. Waive any claim or cause of action against and release from liability the property owners, its officers, employees, and agents for any liability for injuries to my person or property resulting from my use of the facility or participation in the activity listed above; 2. Agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Property owners, its officers, employees, and agents for any claims, causes of action, or liability to any other person arising from my use of the facility or participation in the activity listed above. 3. Understand that we provide a flexible check in date policy as well as a minimum of two nights so there may be lawn and Pool maintenance during your stay. Do these rules work for you?
