We do like to go over some of our rules before putting a request through
Must be 26 to rent.
No more than 4 guests per reservation
No additional/ unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any given time
No parties or events
No smoking
Outdoor Quiet hours are strictly 9pm -8am
Check in is at 4 pm and check out is 11am. Checkin instructions will be sent over by 11 am the day of check in.
DO NOT USE TAPE ON WALLS for decorations or anything else. All guests who use tape and make paint chips on the wall will have to pay for the total cost for us to fix.
We also have two outdoor security cameras that we like to disclose before booking that record visually and audibly located in the front and rear of the home.
After booking we require a picture of your photo ID

Hot Tub should be set to 99 and covered when not in use. If the Hot Tub is deemed unusable after your stay, you are responsible for the associated costs of a drain and refill. Please rinse before using and No Sunscreens, Lotions, Oils, Drinks or any other liquid substance in the Hot Tub.

In the indoor jacuzzi in primary suite, please only use provided epsom salts and oil free soaps we provide (Aveeno & Tea Tree body wash/soap)
