Please let us know if you and your guests are interested in booking our attached mother in law suite. If it is not already booked we will be happy to give you a reduced rate.
We do like to go over some of our rules before putting a request through:
Must be 26 to rent
No more than 10 guests per reservation
No additional/ unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any given time
No parties or events
No smoking
Brush off grill after use and close umbrellas when not in use.
Outdoor Quiet hours are strictly 9pm -8am
Check in is at 4 pm and check out is 11am.
DO NOT USE TAPE ON WALLS for decorations or anything else. All guests who use tape and make paint chips on the wall will have to pay for the total cost for us to fix.

We also have two outdoor security cameras that we like to disclose before booking that record visually and audibly located in the front and rear of the home.

Will you have any dogs with you? (2 maximum allowed) (please use bags provided in backyard to cleanup your pups mess)
No dogs are allowed in the pool, the liner is very expensive and you will be charged to replace if a dog enters the pool.

Checkin instructions will be sent over by 11 am the day of check in.
Pool is closed for the season in October based on weather.
There will be a $50 charge for any missing remotes in the house. Particularly the remotes left in the kitchen island for the pool and outdoor lights.

By renting our property and accepting our rules, you agree to the following in order to use our swimming pool, deck and backyard:
1. Waive any claim or cause of action against and release from liability the property owners, its officers, employees, and agents for any liability for injuries to my person or property resulting from my use of the facility or participation in the activity listed above;
2. Agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Property owners, its officers, employees, and agents for any claims, causes of action, or liability to any other person arising from my use of the facility or participation in the activity listed above.

3. Understand that we provide a flexible check in date policy as well as a minimum of two nights so there may be pool and lawn maintenance during your stay. Our lush gardens and privacy trees do produce foliage in the pool. Please rest assure we do have pool cleaning and servicing 2x per week and all chemicals are balanced.
