Immaculate home completely newly renovated in 2019. From the moment you walk in you will love this home that has been completely renovated. All new floors, walls, doors, kitchen, appliances, bath, furniture, fixtures, porch.. EVERYTHING.

This small cottage is located in a quiet part of the Villas only a short drive from the Delaware Bay, historic Cape May or the Wildwoods.

The home has 2 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 has a full size bed, closet and is equipped with a 32-inch flat screen television.

Bedroom 2 has one twin bed and also has a closet.

The living room has a leather sofa sleeper (folds down to a full) and a 40-inch flat screen television.

The brand new kitchen is equipped with refrigerator / ice maker, gas range, dishwasher, breakfast bar, blender, mixer, coffee pot, place settings for 4, pots, pans, etc.

The laundry closet is equipped with a brand new washer , dryer, iron and ironing board. ( I forgot to include picture)

Central air conditioning.

We also provide beach chairs and umbrella for your trips to the beach.

Three (3) Beach tags will be provided for the Cape May beaches. (Children under 13 do not need beach tags). Bay beach is free. Wildwood beaches are also free.

A beautiful yard awaits you in the private fenced backyard. The backyard is large and fully enclosed in privacy fence. A great place for your dog to explore.

4 Person Hot Tub is on the patio. The hot tub is drained, cleaned, Filter cleaned, refilled and heated after EVERY guest. So you can be assured of FRESH CLEAN WATER.

The beach in Villas is the Delaware bay beach which is 3 short blocks from our home. The Villas beaches welcome dogs all year long (I believe prior to 11am and after 4pm) . The beaches are great for walking your dog, relaxing at the beach, fishing, or kayaking.

Cape May and the Cape May beaches are about 8 miles away ( 17 minutes ). Beach tags are required Memorial Day through Labor Day (We provide you with beach tags). See all the historic Victorian charm that Cape May has to offer. Shop at the Washington Street Mall, eat at the many restaurants, walk or bike through the Victorian streets, stroll the beaches, kayak, and take in all the beauty of this remarkable town.

The beaches at Wildwood are also about 8 miles (15 minutes) away.

Wildwood also has a designated dog beach. Beaches are always free in the Wildwoods. Visit the beaches, boardwalk, restaurants, Wildwood nightlife, shows, amusement piers, water parks and everything else the Wildwoods have to offer.

Dog fee is $95 non refundable for first dog. An additional $50 fee for 2nd dog.
