Twice a year, in the Spring and Fall seasons, Cape May comes alive with music when the Exit Zero Jazz Festival stages its world-class music festival. Music can be heard everywhere in town – on the streets in the form of New Orleans style second line parades, in the clubs and restaurants bursting at the seams with music and energy and on the concert stages where international touring artists throw down at what has become known as one of the most respected and creative jazz festivals in the country. Sergio Mendes: The 60th Anniversary of Bossa Nova, the Madeleine Peyroux Trio, Eddie Palmieri Jazz Sextet, Joey DeFrancesco’s Philadelphia Reunion Band, Bill Frisell, Joey Alexander Trio headline the Exit Zero Jazz Festival, April 17-19, 2020, in the beautiful beach resort town of Cape May, NJ.
The Exit Zero Jazz Festival is a multi-venue festival with headline concerts in Schmidtchen Theater, featured concerts in Cape May Convention Hall, and a weekend club schedule.
